  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Butter and flour four 6-oz ramekins.

    Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until thick and pale.
