  • 600 grams ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 onion slices
  • 4 cheese slices
  • 8 slices pickles
  • to taste ketchup
  • to taste mustard
  • to taste salt and pepper

    Divide ground beef into 4 portions and form into patties.

    Make a small dimple in center of each patty.
