  • 500 grams pork belly
  • 1 kg chicken or pork bones
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 green onions
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 400 grams ramen noodles
  • 4 soft-boiled eggs
  • 4 nori sheets

    Simmer bones with ginger, garlic, and green onions for 2 hours to make broth.
