  • 2 kg pork shoulder
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 12 burger buns

    Mix dry rub ingredients and coat pork shoulder thoroughly.

    Place in slow cooker or smoker at 225°F.
