  • 1 kg pork shoulder
  • 1 small pineapple
  • 3 dried chiles
  • 2 tablespoons achiote paste
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 white onion

    Blend chiles, achiote, garlic, and vinegar to make marinade.
