  • 200 grams rice noodles
  • 200 grams shrimp or chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar
  • 1 lime
  • 2 green onions

    Soak rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes, then drain.

    Mix tamarind paste, fish sauce, and palm sugar to make sauce.

    Heat oil in wok, cook protein until done, set aside.
