  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 200 grams mushrooms
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

    Cut all vegetables into similar-sized pieces.

    Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch for sauce.

    Heat wok or large pan over high heat with oil.
