  • 900 grams cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

    Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into springform pan.

    Bake crust at 325°F for 10 minutes, cool.

    Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

    Add sugar and beat until combined.

    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
