  • 500 grams chicken breasts
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

    Cook chicken breasts, shred, and mix with spices and half the cheese.

    Pour thin layer of enchilada sauce in baking dish.
