  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

    Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
