  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

    Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
